Open your browser. In the address bar at the top, type in google.com, then push Enter or Return. Make sure you're able to load Google.com. Once this loads, make sure you're able to search. Type something in the Search box, then select Google Search. Make sure search results load properly.

Solution
To fix, you need to change the mail handler in Windows 10.
In this example we’ll be changing email links to open Outlook.
Links Browser Windows
- Click on the Windows start button (bottom left of your screen)
- Click on the ‘Settings’ cog
- Click on ‘Apps’
- Open ‘Default apps’
- Under ‘Email’ click on the icon and select ‘Outlook (desktop)’
- Email links (mailto links) will now open a new message in Outlook.
